Pauline really got skills and she stays true to her ingredients. I first had lemon tart, it was... amazing and then her chocolate hazelnut tart, that was mind blowing. You can taste how fresh the ingredients are, not industrialised bakery kind of crap. Really tasty, fresh ingredients and fresh baking, really value for the money. I am looking to try all her baking!
