How can I place an order?

Is a deposit required when placing an order?

We require full payment when ordering.

What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept FPS, bank transfer or exceptionally cash on pick-up/delivery.

Are you a licensed bakery?

Yes Frenchie Toquee is a licensed bakery under 2915801985.

Can I customize my cake?

Yes, most of our cakes are custom made. You can ask us what you wish to have and we will work on the details together.

Can you accommodate food allergies and / or other dietary restrictions?

We offer a limited menu in gluten free, please contact us to discuss.

We do our best to accommodate food allergies. However we do work with 6 of the top 8 food allergens (milk, eggs, peanuts, tree nuts, soy, and wheat) and cannot guarantee that there will not be cross-contamination.

How far in advance should I order a cake?

While we require that orders be placed at least 1 day in advance, we highly recommend placing orders at least 1 – 2 weeks in advance for any special order as our schedule does book up.

Where can I pick up my order?

We offer a free pick-up everyday at our kitchen and pick up point:

Day Time:
Wong Chuk Hang MTR from 11:30 to 4PM

Evening Time:
120 Caine Road, Mid-Levels
From 5PM

Where do you deliver?
  • Free pick up possible (Monday to Sunday from 12PM to 4PM in Wong Chuk Hang, Hong-Kong (Close to Aberdeen) or in Caine road, Mid-Levels in the evening from 6pm. Caine Road is subject to availability.

Free delivery on orders > $700 HKD on HK Island 

$100 delivery fee for orders < $700 on HK island (except The Peak)

$150 delivery fee for The Peak

$150 delivery fee for Kowloon

$200 for NT, TKO, Clearwater Bay, Sai Kung area

How long does my order stay fresh for?

All cakes should be consumed within 24 hours.

Can I make changes to my cake after I order?

Changes are possible but please let us know as soon as possible. No changes possible the day before.

Can I refund or cancel my order?

No cancellation or refund would be accepted after the order is confirmed. If you wish to change the pick up / delivery date, please let us know asap as due to limited availability, we reserve the right not to accept any reschedule request.
