Here is a cake with a lot of success on my Instagram page: healthy banana bread with delicious chocolate chips. Here is how you can eat guilt-free without too much effort in the kitchen.

For this cake you will need:
- 3 riped bananas
- 250 g flour
- 40 g sugar
- 2 eggs
- 100 g natural yogurt (fat free if you want)
- 25 to 50 ml of milk (nut, cow or coconut, as you wish)
- 1 teaspoon of baking powder
- pinch of salt
- chocolate chips
Now, how do I bake this delicious healthy banana bread? Let’s do this.
Preheat the oven at 180°C
In a bowl, mix the eggs, the yogurt, sugar until smooth,
Add the smashed bananas (you can make it as a puree of leave pieces)
Then the milk, the chocolate chips, the flour and baking powder.
Pour into a cake pan greased with butter or coconut oil and bake for approximately 45 mn. Half way through, check with a knife.
